Are the antibodies biased toward tumor-associated antigens or neoepitopes?

Our library is derived from cancer patients, so antibodies are naturally enriched for tumor-associated antigens and neoepitopes, improving clinical relevance.

What types of antigens are compatible with screening (proteins, peptides, membrane targets, cell-based antigens…)?

We can screen against recombinant proteins, peptides, as well as more complex and physiologically relevant targets, through our GPCR antibody services, virus-like particle antibody service, MHC-peptide complex antibody service, and many more, making the platform highly versatile.

Can you provide antibodies in different formats (scFv, Fab, VHH, IgG)?

Our Cancer Immune Library provides antibodies in scFv or Fab formats, which can later be converted into other recombinant formats as needed. For broader applications, we also offer antibody discovery services and custom fully human antibodies as well as dedicated libraries for VHH and custom NANOBODY® production, providing full flexibility for your therapeutic or diagnostic antibody service. What differentiates your cancer-derived antibody library from other immune libraries on the market?

Our library is built from both Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) and Bone Marrow Mononuclear Cells (BMMCs), capturing distinct immune cell populations that reflect both circulating and bone marrow-resident immune responses. This dual-source approach maximizes epitope diversity, including antibodies against highly conserved self-antigens that are often difficult to obtain using standard libraries. Very few providers have developed libraries from dozens of cancer patients using two complementary cellular sources, positioning ours as one of the most comprehensive patient-derived cancer immune libraries on the market.

Can you scale up production of selected antibodies or provide recombinant formats?

Yes, we provide recombinant formats and can scale up production to support preclinical studies or larger development needs.
